Visit Project →I am helping an incredibly awesome and paradigm-shifting direct-care (insurance-free) family medicine practice truly thrive, so that it can manifest its vision and fulfill its mission.
Our first step was to rename the practice from “Nampa Direct Care” to “Independent Family Doctors,” which was immediately accompanied by a brand-new website focused on explaining the direct-care paradigm and gaining new participants. Our next step is to implement an Account Executive role in order to build and maintain powerful employer relationships that include an active two-way transfer of valuable feedback. Meanwhile, I am continuing to analyze and improve their entire business model and business systems.
This business has already changed the lives of more than 750 people directly, and many more indirectly. It is impossible to predict how enormous the full impact of this amazing business will become as it expands beyond the Treasure Valley. Stay tuned!
